At the café we always have new items and specialty items based on the season and what we have from our local farms.  We visit the Dane County Farmer’s Market frequently and we receive fresh produce from Driftless Organics every week.

In addition to our signature Caribbean Carrot, we always have a fresh, house-made vegetarian soup.  Our dal is a favorite, as well as roasted eggplant chili.  Our heirloom tomato gazpacho is a favorite late summer treat.

We use as many local ingredients as we can in our Sunday Brunch quiche.  Also on weekends we offer an organic whole grain, buttermilk waffle with bananas and blackberries.

Coffee Bar
The coffee bar also offers seasonal specialty items.  Our extra strength, cold filtered iced coffee is something to look forward to every spring. The cold-brewing process keeps our iced coffee sweet, low-acid, and smooth.  No bitterness at all!  In the winter warm up with our mulled apple cider or house Chai.
